Folkovar, Entreprise individuelle (EI) (SIRET 988 726 683 00010), 16 place des Quinconces, 33000 Bordeaux, France, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on folkovar.com. Contact: contact@folkovar.com.

Data collected and purposes

• Email address (waitlist / newsletter / priority access): to inform you of launches and news, and to give priority access to new pieces. Legal basis: consent.
• Mobile number (optional, priority access): to send you a text message when a new piece opens. Only with your explicit consent, given through a separate box. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Legal basis: consent.
• Order data (name, address, email, payment): handled by Shopify to fulfil the order. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Withdrawal request (name, email, order number): to process your withdrawal. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Anonymous audience measurement: enabled since 21 September 2026, without cookies and without identification. See the cookies page.

Recipients and processors

Data is processed by Folkovar and its technical processors: Shopify (shop, payment, storage of customers and emails), Cloudflare (hosting and anonymous audience measurement). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). No data is sold to third parties.

Retention period

Waitlist emails and mobile numbers are kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription, or STOP for text messages), and at most 3 years after the last contact from you. Order data is kept for the time needed to perform the contract, then archived in accordance with legal and accounting obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records).

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them: contact@folkovar.com. You may lodge a complaint with the French CNIL (cnil.fr).
