Data collected and purposes

• Email address (waitlist / newsletter): to inform you of the launch and of news. Legal basis: consent.
• Order data (name, address, email, payment): handled by Shopify to fulfil the order. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Withdrawal request (name, email, order number): to process your withdrawal. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Anonymous audience measurement (where applicable): if audience measurement is enabled, it will be done without cookies or identification. See the cookies page.

Recipients and processors

Data is processed by Folkovar and its technical processors: Shopify (shop, payment, storage of customers and emails), Cloudflare (hosting, and anonymous audience measurement if enabled). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). No data is sold to third parties.

Retention period

Waitlist emails are kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscription). Order data is kept for the time needed to perform the contract, then archived in accordance with legal and accounting obligations (up to 10 years for accounting records).
