You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Fill in this form: we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email, then the return conditions and the refund will follow the terms and conditions of sale.

You can also notify us of your withdrawal by email at contact@folkovar.com (for example using the model withdrawal form annexed to the French Consumer Code), within the same 14-day period.
