Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Carrier: Colissimo, with tracking.
• Metropolitan France: free.
• Other European Union countries: flat 10 €.
• We don't ship outside the European Union for now.
• Lead time: 1 to 2 working days to prepare the parcel, then 2 to 3 working days in France and 3 to 7 elsewhere in the EU.

Pre-orders

The first series is knitted after the pre-order. Parcels leave from 1 December 2026. You get an email with the tracking number when yours ships.

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, by email to contact@folkovar.com or through the online withdrawal form. We refund the full amount within 14 days.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without giving a reason.

1. Tell us through the online withdrawal form or by email to contact@folkovar.com.
2. Send the balaclava back in its original condition to: Folkovar, Kilian Allaire, 10 cours Dupré de Saint-Maur, 33300 Bordeaux, France. Return shipping is paid by you.
3. We refund everything you paid (except return shipping) within 14 days of receiving the parcel, using your original means of payment.

We don't do exchanges: each model comes in one size and one colour. If you want another model, return the first one and order the second.

A faulty piece

The legal guarantee of conformity covers each piece for two years. Write to contact@folkovar.com with a photo: we replace or refund it, and the return is at our expense.
