The product first

Portuguese cotton, development, knitting and finishing in Porto: the price begins with the people and materials that make the piece.

02

A fair price

Pre-ordering helps us launch the series at the fairest price: €59 during the pre-order, then €65 once the pieces are in stock.

03

What comes next

Each piece sold helps us develop the next ones and explore other crafts, customs and clothing cultures from across the continent.

Soft against the face

Cotton feels soft against the face and neck, so the balaclava can be worn for hours without demanding attention.

Easy to care for

A familiar material that is simple to wash and develops character with use rather than requiring complicated care.

A natural fibre

We chose a clear cotton composition to keep synthetic fibres out of the garment as much as possible.

Made to last

A dense Portuguese cotton, knitted to hold for years rather than a season. That's our answer to fast fashion.

Tartan, knitted

Caledon starts from the Scottish tartan, but takes it out of woven cloth to build it in dense knit. The idea: to wear a grid, not a clan costume.

The motif is built into the knit, line after line, in Portuguese cotton.

Peat and heather

The grid of colour comes from the Highlands: the ochre of peat, the browns of the moor.

Double-thickness jacquard, knitted in Porto, made to last.
